We use resin materials that are a hybrid mix of polymers, designed for lightness and durability. All products must be treated with care and kept out of sunlight or high heat conditions. Armor products are a mix of vac forming, resin casts, and fiberglass/resin/gelcoat combinations.
We do not offer refunds. We may offer a store credit but only given at the discretion of Head Shot Props. Restocking fees may apply if a return is accepted. Any return to HSP must be approved first before the return will be accepted. We do not accept returns due to sizing problems or give refunds due to change of mind after ordering.
No. Occasionally, we offer limited runs for certain items, and require a half deposit to secure a spot on that run. However, these deposits represent a commitment on the customer’s end so we may proceed in purchasing materials to do that run. They are not refundable if the customer changes their mind at a later date.
Normally 2-4 weeks or less, except for special orders. During high volume and sales events, time could extend beyond our standard delivery production/delivery time. Pre-order items are always sold on estimated timelines and are never guaranteed.
Of course we can! Just send reference photos to us to email@example.com and let us know what you need. Please provide us as much detail as possible including a price range/budget for the project.
Yes! Just contact us first for a shipping quote. Head Shot Props is not responsible for customs seizures outside the United States. The customer is responsible for all shipping import taxes duties, fees or charges that may arise. If you are unfamiliar with these charges (if any), please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information prior to purchasing. If these fees are refused at the time of delivery, your order including shipping costs will not be refunded. Again… we are not responsible for customs seizures outside the United States. We have no control over that.
